The Florida Department of Transportation District Six has recently selected Bolton Perez & Associates (BPA) to provide design services for the Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (3R) of a segment of SR-826/Palmetto Expressway. The project limits extend from East of NW 32nd Avenue to just West of NW 17th Avenue including NW 167th Street (Frontage Roads). The main goal of this project is to extend the life of the existing pavement to last until a future Express/Managed Lanes Project takes place.
Assisting BPA with the Signing and Pavement Marking design effort will be Hardesty and Hanover. BPA will additionally have Media Relations Group assisting with the Public Involvement effort.
After successfully completing Krome Avenue RRR project in District Six, Mr. Maikel Gonzalez, PE, will be representing BPA as the Consultant Project Manager. Mr. Gonzalez will be working closely with the Department Project Manager Baoying Wang, PE, in an effort to continue offering high-quality personalized service to the District and the best possible product to the public.
